DÁFNI Aged Balsamic Vinegar

Our DÁFNI Balsamic Vinegar is made in Modena, Italy from select cooked grape musts blended and fermented with 100% Italian Red Vinegar.

After the fermentation process, it is aged in oak wood barrels for a minimum of 12 years. The flavor is smooth, sweet & fruity with woody notes.


Cooked concentrated grape must, vinegar. Contains sulfites.

MADE FROM: Trebbiano, Lambrusco, Sangiovese, Albana, Ancellotta, Fortana, or Montuni grapes.
